Terms of Service
Acceptance
Full or partial payment is an acceptance of my Terms of service. Please read my terms of service and contact me if you have any questions!
Design and Detail is not responsible for web site sales. Your are responsible for maintaining your products and services.
Charges
Custom designs require a 50% non refundable deposit. Once your deposit is received we will begin the process of building your site to your specifications. You must provide us with your ideas and how you want your site to look. We will go over your plan and begin working on your design once the remainder of the balance is paid.
Copyright
Design and Detail retains all copyright privileges on images and designs. You, the client, own the copyright to your web site content. Designs made using an outside source for images are subject to copyright laws by that particular artist and they retain all copyright to the images. Design and Detail copyright notice and link must remain intact at the bottom of your web site design. To remove the link there is a $100.00 fee and the link from Design and Detail to your site will be removed. Web site designs or graphics may not be resold. Digital products are not refundable. Design and Detail reserves the right to display or not to display a thumbnail of your completed web site in our portfolio. Design and Detail is a family run business so "family friendly" web sites only.
Template and graphic elements may not be modified in any way without permission. Template and graphic elements are to be used for your web site only. They may not be used for Etsy stores, eBay Storefront, Auction or About Me pages.
Design and Detail and your hosting company are separate and independently owned businesses. Your contract with Design and Detail and your hosting company are two separate agreements. Your webhost is not responsible for any agreement or contract you have with Design and Detail. Design and Detail is not responsible for web hosting or support for CMS software. Please use their support ticket system if you have any questions about your hosting package or store adminstration area.
Termination of Services
Should you need to terminate our services this needs to be done in writing and no refunds will be issued. |
